Core backend and database infrastructure are currently hosted within the European Union.

Infrastructure providers may include:

Infrastructure providers may change over time as the platform evolves.

Money Leak does not directly store customer passwords.

Administrative access by authorized personnel may occur when necessary for:

  • support
  • troubleshooting
  • operational maintenance

Important limitations apply:

  • AI functionality is assistive only
  • AI operates in read-only mode
  • AI does not autonomously modify customer data
  • AI does not execute operational actions
  • customers remain responsible for validating outputs

Money Leak does not use customer-submitted API data to train proprietary AI models.

6. Encryption & Transport Security

Money Leak uses encrypted communication channels where applicable, including HTTPS/TLS-based transport security.

Access to infrastructure and operational systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

7. Monitoring & Operational Security

Money Leak may use operational monitoring and telemetry tools to:

  • identify technical issues
  • maintain platform reliability
  • detect abuse or unauthorized access
  • improve performance and stability

This may include:

  • infrastructure logs
  • platform diagnostics
  • operational metrics
  • performance telemetry

8. Backup & Recovery

Money Leak uses infrastructure-level backup and recovery capabilities provided by hosting providers.

Backup retention and recovery capabilities may vary depending on infrastructure configuration and service plans.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for:

  • safeguarding their credentials
  • managing internal user access
  • maintaining lawful processing of customer data
  • securing connected ecommerce systems
  • reviewing operational outputs before acting upon them
