Money Leak is a SaaS platform designed to provide ecommerce operational analysis, anomaly detection, reporting, and AI-assisted explanatory functionality.

The platform is intended as an operational decision-support tool and not as legal, financial, accounting, or investment advice.

Money Leak does not guarantee:

• identification of all anomalies or revenue leaks
• uninterrupted platform availability
• error-free outputs
• completeness or accuracy of AI-generated responses

Customers remain responsible for validating and acting upon operational decisions.

Customers are responsible for:

• maintaining accurate account information
• controlling user access
• safeguarding credentials
• ensuring authorized use of the platform

Authentication is handled through third-party authentication providers.

Customers may not:

• share unauthorized access
• impersonate other users
• bypass access restrictions
• interfere with platform security

Customers retain ownership of their own ecommerce, operational, and customer-related data submitted to the platform.

By using the platform, customers grant Money Leak the limited rights necessary to:

• host
• process
• analyze
• transmit
• display
• synchronize
• backup

such data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the lawful right to use and transfer data to Money Leak.

All rights, title, and interest in the Money Leak platform remain the exclusive property of WebInnovator ApS and its licensors.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• software
• source code
• architecture
• methodologies
• workflows
• scoring logic
• detection systems
• reports and templates
• branding
• interface design
• AI orchestration
• documentation
• platform functionality

No ownership rights are transferred to customers.

Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during an active subscription period.

Customers may not:

• reverse engineer the platform
• copy or reproduce the service
• scrape or systematically extract data
• probe or test platform vulnerabilities
• interfere with infrastructure or security
• use the service for unlawful purposes
• attempt unauthorized access
• misuse AI-assisted functionality
• resell or sublicense the platform without written permission

Money Leak may provide AI-assisted summaries and explanatory functionality.

Customers acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies
• AI functionality is assistive only
• AI does not replace professional judgment
• AI outputs should be independently reviewed
• AI functionality operates in read-only mode
• operational decisions remain the customer’s responsibility

Money Leak disclaims liability arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

We may:

• modify platform functionality
• improve or remove features
• update integrations
• change infrastructure providers
• perform maintenance
• suspend access for security or operational reasons

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Use of the platform may require payment under a subscription or pilot agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• fees are billed in advance
• payments are non-refundable
• customers are responsible for applicable taxes and duties

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

Both parties agree to treat non-public business, operational, technical, and commercial information as confidential.

Customers acknowledge that:

• platform logic
• methodologies
• reports
• workflows
• AI prompts
• internal systems

constitute confidential proprietary information belonging to WebInnovator ApS.

Money Leak implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures. However:

• no online service can guarantee absolute security
• customers are responsible for their own internal security practices
• customers remain responsible for their integrations and credentials

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Money Leak and WebInnovator ApS shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages
• lost profits
• lost revenue
• business interruption
• data loss
• operational losses
• decisions made based on platform outputs
• AI-generated inaccuracies

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Total liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid by the customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• these Terms are violated
• unlawful activity is suspected
• platform security is threatened
• payment obligations are not fulfilled

Customers may stop using the platform at any time subject to applicable subscription terms.

Upon termination, customer data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period, subject to:

• legal obligations
• backup retention
• operational requirements
• dispute resolution needs

These Terms are governed by Danish law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
